Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Logent Publisher (the "Service"), operated by our content studio. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Logent Publisher is a publishing platform used by our in-house content team to schedule and publish the team's own original video content to its own channels on third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, through those platforms' official APIs. The Service includes a media library, scheduling tools, and post-publication verification and reporting.
2. Accounts and authorisation
- Only accounts owned or expressly authorised by their owner may be connected to the Service.
- Connections are made through each platform's official OAuth authorisation flow. The Service never asks for or stores platform passwords.
- An account owner may disconnect an account at any time, which revokes the Service's access and deletes its stored tokens.
3. Acceptable use
Users of the Service must not:
- publish content they do not own or have the right to publish;
- publish spam, deceptive content, or content that infringes another person's rights;
- connect accounts without the account owner's authorisation;
- attempt to circumvent platform limits, policies or API restrictions;
- use the Service in a way that violates any platform's terms or applicable law.
4. User content
Content uploaded to the Service remains the property of its owner. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any video, image, text or other material. By uploading content, the owner grants the Service only the limited permission needed to store the content and publish it to the platforms and accounts the owner selects.
5. Third-party platform terms
The Service operates through the APIs of TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (YouTube). Use of those platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms of service, community guidelines and developer policies. We are not responsible for a platform's availability, policy decisions, or changes to its API, and a platform may remove content or restrict accounts under its own rules.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Scheduled publishing depends on the availability of the third-party platforms and their APIs.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including lost content, failed or delayed publications, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means the updated Terms are accepted.
